## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Rome. As a founding member of a growing company, you will collaborate with premium restaurants, develop new relationships, and unlock new revenue streams.

### Responsibilities

- Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants across your region

- Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing the best experience to them

- Communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology

- Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations

- Attend restaurant and food meet-ups

### Requirements

- Sales experience and comfort with targeting new business

- Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers

- Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients

- Comfortable with negotiations

- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus

- Tenacious

- Fluency in Italian and good command of English
