As a Junior Business Operations Manager in the Account Management and Sales team, you'll gain hands-on experience in fintech while strengthening your analytical, operational, and business skills.

**Responsibilities**

- Interact with clients, address requests, and provide information about our products and services.

- Coordinate requests across internal teams, track deadlines, dependencies, and blockers.

- Support operational processes within Account Management and Sales teams.

- Prepare presentations, documentation, and organize meetings.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, International Relations, or a related field (completed or in progress)

- Strong academic achievements and results

- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset
