## Description

ZoomInfo is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Integration Support Specialist who excels in communication, presence, and confidence.

You will work with customers to build relationships and drive value based on customer-defined goals, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through friendly, efficient, accurate service and quick resolution of customer incidents and inquiries.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide day-to-day support for customers, including incident management and workflow recommendations

- Triage and manage escalations to engineering teams

- Document best practices and useful information for customers

- Serve as the voice of the customer, capturing and conveying feedback internally

- Learn third-party products and their integrations to educate and guide customers

- Identify renewal risks and up-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree and 2-6 years of equivalent work experience in a SaaS organization

- Comfortable working in EST & PST time zones on a rotational basis

- Technical CRM, MAT, or Sales Acceleration platform experience; certification with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus

- Experience with SOQL, Salesforce Managed Packages, APIs, DataDog, Jira, Snowflake, and video conferencing applications

- Proven ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and provide excellent customer service

- Strong attention to detail, self-directed problem-solving, and adaptability

- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
