## Description

As a Store Manager at Victoria's Secret, you'll take ownership of your store's success, inspiring your team to achieve targets and create a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

- Motivate and engage your team to promote an inclusive and positive working atmosphere

- Provide excellent customer service, personalising and maximising the customer experience

- Own your store's P&L, focusing on profitability and controllable costs

- Ensure high visual standards are maintained, with support from the Visual Team

- Cultivate a platform for active listening and sharing ideas within your team

- Oversee product launches, floor set changes, store audits, and stock counts

Requirements:

- Previous store manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment

- Record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

- Strong understanding of leading and delivering a company strategy

- Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience

- Ability to lead with purpose, engaging and developing your team

- Keen to build valued relationships with customers, team, and wider business teams

- Adaptable and able to multitask, problem-solve, and collaborate

- Approachable, resourceful, and creative in engaging teams
