## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to join their growing team in Costa Mesa, CA.

The CSSO will be responsible for the management, direction, administration, and development of security programs and procedures for assigned programs that have contractually imposed security requirements beyond 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Personnel Security, Physical Security, and program OPSEC/P2 planning

- Interfacing with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and requirements

- Managing all security-related aspects of assigned programs in close collaboration with other Anduril CSSOs

- Ensuring SCI and SAP material is properly controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, safeguarded, and destroyed

- Investigating security incidents and preparing required reports

- Building and maintaining relationships with government security counterparts

- Providing security awareness training as required by regulations and as requested by customers

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience

- At least four years of experience working with special programs in a ACSSO or CSSO role

- Ability to work independently and possess knowledge over the full range of security principles

- DoD Top Secret clearance with current investigation and ability to maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with Special Program accesses
