## Description

We are seeking a Hybrid Driver to join our team in Tanjung Minyak, Melaka.

As a Hybrid Driver, you will be responsible for:

- Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, pick-up points, and stations safely and on time

- Verifying customer details with actual addresses using the application before and during delivery

- Ensuring compliance with the following conditions before departing for delivery:

- Checking for package discrepancies or damage

- Verifying that all packages are properly wrapped and have an Air Waybill (AWB)

- Confirming that the number of packages matches the application

- Ensuring packages are within the designated coverage area and route

- Informing station staff of any discrepancies and handing over packages

- Collecting cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensuring the amount collected matches the application

- Handing over COD collections to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily

- Contacting customers before failing delivery

- Maintaining good behavior with customers and adhering to the designated route and schedule

- Complying with Proof of Delivery (POD), transportation laws, and maintaining a safe driving record

- Adhering to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct, Quality Policy, and Objectives

- Performing other tasks directed by superiors

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen

- Aged 18 and above

- SPM qualification and above

- Own vehicle (motorcycle or car)

- Valid driver's license and Good Driving License (GDL) if driving a company vehicle

- Clean driving record

- No criminal record

- Good attitude and customer-oriented

- Android phone

- Responsible and punctual

- Ability to work flexible hours

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until delivery completion)

Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month
