## Description

We are seeking a Lead Customer Experience Manager to lead a team of managers and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing key trading activities, managing operations, and developing team capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Plan and execute key trading activities and events

- Manage store operations, including checkout areas, petrol stations, and back-of-house services

- Develop and manage team performance, capability, and scheduling

- Conduct disciplinaries and manage employee relations issues

**Requirements:**

- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving KPIs

- Experience managing sensitive and complex people matters

- Leadership experience in an operational environment

- Ability to lead change and embed new ways of working
