## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Meriden Hospital in Coventry. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. You will develop individualised treatment plans using various physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. You will manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.

Responsibilities:

- Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs

- Develop individualised treatment plans

- Manage a designated caseload efficiently

- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care

- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students

- Assist in the induction and training of new staff

Requirements:

- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to team working and service improvement

- Minimum 3 years experience in an outpatients setting

- UK hospital experience is essential

- Leadership experience is desirable

Salary & Benefits:
