## Description

We are seeking an Engineer - Structures to join our team in India. You will work under the supervision of a senior or project engineer to support the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Follow document control and QA processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documents

- Assist in compiling design specifications and checking compliance with project briefs

- Carry out detailed design to WSP and Building Regulations standards

- Perform technical calculations and coordinate with team members

- Prepare elemental work for project budget costing

- Handle day-to-day queries from the WSP USA Team

- Contribute to technical discussions and help trainees understand the design process

- Determine suitable software for Computer-Aided Design and undertake analysis

Key Competencies:

- Proven experience in building structure design

- Strong management, communication, and technical skills

- Fluency in English and excellent technical terminology understanding

- Cultural awareness and excellent communication skills

- High degree of self-motivation and passion for the subject

- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in structural software such as RAM SS, RAM Concept, and ETABS

- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications

- Basic experience in Revit drafting and modeling

- Proficient in Reinforced Concrete, Steel, and PT Designs

- Experience in handling projects in high wind zones and data center projects is preferred

Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Structural Engineering

- Desirable: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or British Chartered Engineer status
