## Description

As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.

- Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.

- Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds.

- Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues.

- Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback.

- Champion 5S principles, safety, and quality initiatives.

- Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent certification.

- 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments.

- Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds.

- Experience mentoring junior team members.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.

**Compensation:**

- Hourly Range: $30.00- $45.00
