## Description

We are looking for a Junior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Warsaw.

As a Junior Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of Student Marketers, building the local image of our global brand, and co-creating a business plan for the Mazovian, Warmian-Masurian, and Podlaskie regions.

Your tasks will include:

- Managing a team of Student Marketers, including recruitment, training, and management

- Building the local image of our brand, focusing on key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities

- Developing new and innovative ideas for local marketing activities

- Supporting the consumer acquisition program at universities through sampling, sports and cultural programs, and regional communication

- Participating in national sports and cultural projects and sales activations

- Collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager to create and support key marketing initiatives in the region

- Working with the entire marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging

- Continuously improving logistics systems and infrastructure to support regional activities

Requirements:

- Residence in Warsaw and surroundings

- Driver's license category B

- Intermediate English language skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Experience in implementing marketing activities

- Independence, creativity, initiative

- Ability to build relationships and networks

- Analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability

- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience working in teams, including cross-functional groups with different goals and personalities

- Understanding of trends, student environment, and ways to reach different consumer groups
