## Description

As a Senior Application Engineer on our IT Team, you'll develop and implement solutions with Xactly. We're seeking a candidate with strong technical expertise who enjoys collaborative work and continuous improvement.

## Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly.

- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define data requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, failed Connect jobs, data mismatches, and pipeline errors.

- Document pipeline configurations, field mappings, and transformation logic.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience with data pipelines, transformations, and scheduling.

- Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA.

- Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries.

- Experience with source system integrations such as SFDC, Workday, NetSuite.

- Strong attention to detail.

## Nice to Have

- Xactly certification(s)

- Knowledge of ICM/SPM processes

- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or shell)

- Familiarity with data warehousing or BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.)
