## Description

We are seeking a System Modeling & Simulation Engineer to develop and maintain system models for advanced energy systems and electrified powertrain applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining system models for advanced energy systems and electrified powertrain applications.

- Performing dynamic and steady-state simulations to evaluate system behavior and performance.

- Conducting heat, mass, and energy balance calculations to support system design and optimization.

- Parameterizing, calibrating, and validating simulation models using test and supplier data.

- Analyzing operating profiles and assessing system performance under various operating conditions.

- Supporting system architecture and engineering teams through performance studies and technical recommendations.

- Preparing technical reports and presenting simulation results to project stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent field.

- Experience in system modeling and simulation of thermo-fluid, energy, battery, fuel cell, hydrogen, or automotive systems.

- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and energy systems.

- Experience with system simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, AVL CRUISE M, GT-SUITE, Amesim, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of dynamic and steady-state modeling methodologies.

- Experience in model parameterization, calibration, and correlation with test data.

- Ability to perform heat, mass, and energy balance calculations.

- Understanding of system architecture, requirements engineering, and performance evaluation processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong English communication skills in an international engineering environment.
