## Description

Weee! is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee its Chicago operations. The successful candidate will ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and accurately, prioritizing workplace safety, inventory control, and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control

- Optimize performance metrics and workflows to support rapid scaling

- Make data-driven decisions to identify and solve operational bottlenecks

- Plan labor needs and manage capacity during peak periods

- Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates

- Provide hands-on floor leadership to build high-performing teams

- Master Weee!'s operational systems, SOPs, and key performance metrics

- Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation

- Ensure compliance with warehousing, shipping, and OSHA safety requirements

- Manage operating costs including daily supplies, packaging materials, and equipment repairs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain

- 15+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience in high-volume environments

- 5+ years managing large, multi-layered teams

- Experience with WMS systems, productivity metrics, and quality audits

- Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency

- Food & Beverage industry experience strongly preferred

Compensation Range:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $155,000
