## Description

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as an Associate Manager, Marketing Operations.

You will support the EMEA Marketing team across planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regional and global stakeholders on project timelines and business performance intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, manage, and own input into regional and global marketing performance tracking tools

- Track budget and campaign performance cross-functionally, working with the Marketing Director to ensure timely and detailed budget adherence reporting

- Coordinate cross-department marketing functions for joint planning, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities

- Ensure clear, consistent communication between EMEA Marketing, EMEA Category Management, and global business units

- Maintain an up-to-date, EMEA-wide marketing calendar and ensure regional and global stakeholders are informed

- Design and own a holistic product sample management process

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and consolidate outputs

- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables, PowerPivot, and PowerQuery

- Familiarity with tracking, reporting, and campaign-planning tools

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and cross-regional environment

- Fluency in English

**Preferred Requirements:**

- Experience in the consumer electronics, PC, or console gaming industry

- Proficiency in French, German, or another European language

- An interest in gaming or being a gamer

**Salary Range:** €65,000.00 - €92,000.00 per annum
