We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Representative, you will shape future revenue success by identifying, understanding, and helping potential customers build, enhance, or transform their customer engagement offering.

**Responsibilities**

- Identify target accounts

- Develop email and phone campaigns

- Engage C-suite prospects

- Demonstrate the value of Braze

- Qualify early-stage deals

**What You'll Do**

- Research accounts and develop a communication plan to generate new business opportunities

- Manage your own meetings and bring in other internal stakeholders as needed

- Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement, and marketing challenges

- Deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations

**Requirements**

- At least 1 year of BDR experience in the tech industry

- Arabic language skills

- Adaptable, action-oriented, precise and engaging communicator, strong researcher, creative, problem solver, intellectually curious, self-aware/coachable, intrinsically motivated, well-organized and accountable, relentlessly tenacious
