## Description

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will drive the optimisation of our french fry production processes. You will dive deep into our production processes to identify improvement opportunities and work closely with various departments to realise them. Your efforts will contribute to the further professionalisation of our factory and the development of our employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Initiating and implementing improvement projects within the CI programme, including identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

- Applying CI principles and methods to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency, contributing to strengthened process management by standardising and monitoring operational processes.

- Supporting and training employees in CI principles and guiding them in their practical application, maintaining alignment with CI teams from other factories to share best practices and successes, and actively promoting the philosophy of continuous improvement to inspire and motivate employees.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A minimum HBO work and thinking level and preferably experience working in a production environment;

- Knowledge of CI methodologies, applications, and techniques;

- Experience in arranging, facilitating, and stimulating continuous improvement within an organisation, creating awareness among managers and employees for the application of CI;

- Excellent coaching, influencing, analytical, and communication skills;

- Proactive, independent, honest, integrity, and a team player attitude.
