## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead employee and external communications for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and COO team.

The successful candidate will develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with business objectives and audiences. They will partner with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into compelling communications that build credibility and understanding of EA's long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and leading a comprehensive employee and external communications strategy

- Serving as a strategic advisor to the COO on communications opportunities, risks, and messaging

- Owning end-to-end storytelling for the business unit

- Managing media relations and executive visibility/thought leadership opportunities

- Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders

- Overseeing employee communications strategy, tactics, and channels

- Directing high-impact presentations for executive and business unit meetings

The ideal candidate has 14+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, with significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders.
