## Description

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers. As a CSA, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, working closely with high-value users to uncover business and technical requirements, design and architect technical solutions, lead proof-of-value implementations, and provide regular customer engagements.

**Discovery**

- Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives

- Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers

- Work with Growth team members to size deals and provide anticipated usage estimates

**Proof-of-Value Onboarding**

- Collaborate with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value

- Set proof-of-value timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria

- Guide new customers through an onboarding journey

**Customer Success**

- Understand immediate and long-term customer goals to build meaningful account plans

- Deliver synchronous and asynchronous engagements with Supabase customers

- Serve as an internal champion for customers and the platform

- Build trust-based relationships with customers

**Preferred Experience**

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar

- Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

- Background in web application development with familiarity with Python, C#, popular JavaScript frameworks, and Node.js

- Very strong communication skills, particularly of technical concepts

- Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools

- Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements
