## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel Marketing to join our team at Red Bull's Global Headquarters in Elsbethen, Austria.

As Legal Counsel Marketing, you will be the legal business partner for our Marketing, Media, and Digital Technology teams. You will provide legal advice and support on global marketing projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and support to internal customers on global marketing activities, including event sponsorship contracts, talent agreements, and data protection issues

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in English, ideally also in German

- Offer first-level support on data protection questions, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant laws

- Develop and update contract templates, toolkits, and playbooks for global marketing units and country organisations

- Design and deliver training sessions for business teams to enhance their understanding of legal requirements

- Collaborate with legal and business colleagues across different jurisdictions, particularly in Europe, LATAM, MEWA, Asia Pacific, UK, and the USA

Requirements:

- Completed European law degree; German qualification as 'Volljurist:in' with at least one distinguished examination; Austrian law degree with experience in a law firm preferred

- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm with IP and marketing focus or in an international FMCG company

- Excellent knowledge of copyright, contract, and marketing law, as well as European data protection law

- Experience working with different jurisdictions, particularly the USA, UK, or EU

- Ability to draft and negotiate contracts in English; German or other languages an advantage

- Clear, structured, and precise work style; ability to prioritise tasks and remain effective under pressure

- Proactive and solution-oriented approach; strong can-do mentality

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train and advise business stakeholders
