## Description

We're seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with patients to develop plans of care, educate them on treatment options, and supervise techs during patient care setup and cleanup. You'll also be responsible for documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
