## Description

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join the Benelux team to maximise the market opportunity for Databricks within the Medtech industry.

Your mission will be to grow one of our most strategic customers in partnership with our Global Account Manager.

The impact you will have:

- Co-develop a business plan to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals

- Lead teams to identify impactful data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform

- Implement data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and Executive Engagement

- Develop an understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions

What we look for:

- Experience developing strong relationships with large global enterprises and managing complex sales campaigns in Medtech or manufacturing accounts

- Experience working in Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries

- Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies

- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies

- Experience co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors and Global Solution Integrators

- Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives

- Experience of value-based selling

- Fluency in English is required
