## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the planning and day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Daily trade capture, query handling, static setup, and monitoring of trade life cycles, including corporate actions

- Trade allocation post-execution, including trader/sales instructions and client amendments

- Manual allocations for give-up trades and swaps

- Managing trade exceptions, including error trade resolution

- Client sub-account/extension setup, assist client onboarding activities

- Support ECM activities, including both Primary/IPO offerings and Secondary transactions such as block trade and placements

- Exception management, including any operations, client and IT-related issues

- Reconciliation and control, with investigation and resolution

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in handling Cash Equities

- Previous experience and knowledge of ECM and Cash Equity APAC markets

- Self-motivated to work independently and across the teams

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong problem solving and attention to details

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
