## Description

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Development Representative to join our team in Beijing.

In this role, you will proactively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through understanding specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing client relationships and handing over customer relationships to relationship managers after closing sales

- Providing excellent services to customers and resolving enquiries and complaints to customers' satisfaction

- Participating in team building activities to share information and ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement

- Delivering fair outcomes for customers and ensuring own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Requirements:

- University degree or above (recognised by the state)

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills

- Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure

- Presentable, outgoing, and persuasive

- Good oral and written English is preferable
