## Description

We are seeking a Branch Operations professional to join our team in Taipei.

As a Branch Operations team member, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and processing daily FX transactions, confirming details, executing transactions, and supporting smooth FX settlement across internal and external parties

- Performing daily reconciliations, investigating breaks, and escalating issues in a timely manner

- Responsible for regulatory reporting

- Participating in system enhancements and ad-hoc system testing for client's requests, market changes, or system upgrades

- Supporting client reporting and inquiries for FX transactions

- Supporting internal reporting and activities for audit and risk control purposes

- Providing reliable backup and support within the team if needed

- Maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring instructions are updated and followed

- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency using data, automation, and practical AI tools

- Supporting early shifts for FX instruction management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management related field

- At least 1 year of banking experience or custodian function, preferably

- Good knowledge of custody FX processes, applicable regulations, and FINI systems in the Taiwan market

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative working style

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (written and spoken)

- Experience with digital transformation, process automation, and efficiency delivery

- Proficiency in workflow AI tools and a forward-thinking mindset

- Trust Operations Personnel License and Financial Ethics and Knowledge License
