## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement - Global Lead to define what world-class enablement looks like at scale. The successful candidate will own the strategy behind turning every sales representative into a top performer. They will lead a global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement.

Responsibilities:

- Define the strategic direction and measurement framework for the enablement function

- Build automations applied directly to enablement workstreams and embed AI fluency into the seller curriculum

- Design systems, standards, and operating rhythm for enablement as the company expands into new regions and segments

- Partner cross-functionally, especially with the product marketing team

Requirements:

- 8+ years of enablement leadership experience with a technical product and mature enterprise sales motion

- Real sales experience and hands-on experience building or working with AI agents and/or API tools

- Track record of building enablement strategy and measurement frameworks

- Experience scaling programs across distributed, global teams and time zones
