## Description

Joining our OCTO HPE team and working as part of our OpsRamp team is a chance to make history and be a driving force in the industry. We are revolutionizing cloud computing by building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that powers a hybrid edge-to-cloud world.

As a Customer Success Intern, you will research, prototype, and evaluate AI and Generative AI use cases with HPE OpsRamp OpsPilot. You will assist in developing AI-powered solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools, analyze alert/event data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to reduce MTTR and MTTD using HPE OpsRamp.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, customer success, and business stakeholders, document findings, best practices, and technical solutions, and participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates effectively, works well with diverse teams, and can translate technical concepts into business value.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research, prototype, and evaluate AI and Generative AI use cases with HPE OpsRamp OpsPilot.

- Assist in developing AI-powered solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools.

- Analyze alert/event data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to reduce MTTR and MTTD using HPE OpsRamp.

- Support the creation of presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for internal and customer-facing initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, customer success, and business stakeholders.

- Document findings, best practices, and technical solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

**Required Skills:**

- Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.

- Familiarity with Python and common data science libraries.

- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), MCPs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.

- Basic knowledge of APIs and data handling.

- Understanding of cloud platforms is advantageous (AWS, Azure, GCP, or HPE GreenLake).

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and delivering short presentations.

- Good documentation and storytelling skills.
