## Description

By joining our team as a Junior Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, nuturing lasting connections, and ensuring that every guest's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a warm and welcoming individual greeting to every guest.

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

- Nurturing a lasting connection with every guest by showing genuine interest during service.

- Observe and identify guest preferences and adjust service accordingly.

- Assist the Waiter to create a comfortable and elegant ambiance.

- Deliver food and beverages as requested, on time, in the correct service order.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Graduate of a recognized Catering / Hotel Management School preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience from four-star hotel or cruise ship.

- Knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus used throughout the fleet.

- Ability to work under pressure, in both Front and Back of House areas.

- Necessary computer skills and knowledge of P.O.S. systems.

- Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
