## Description

As a Night Distribution Operations Manager at NEXT's Bristol Regional Support Centre (RSC), you will oversee Warehouse and Transport operations on your shift. You will drive results, shape a safe, engaged culture, and lead a high-performing operation.

Responsibilities:

- Take full operational accountability for the night shift across Transport and Warehouse

- Drive efficiency and performance, maximising productivity and tracking performance within budget parameters

- Lead and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and colleagues

- Champion health and safety, leading from the front on H&S compliance and promoting best practices

- Collaborate network-wide with Site Managers, transport teams, and suppliers

Requirements:

- 3+ years of commercial experience in a service-focused distribution environment

- Proven track record of managing a team of 5+ managers/supervisors and 15+ colleagues

- Solid understanding of Road Transport Regulations, 'O' Licence requirements, and warehouse/pre-retail operations

- Experience with budgeting, CPU management, and analysing operational data

- Articulate, persuasive communicator with an open management style
