## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work varied shifts including Sunday 13:00-17:00, Monday 18:00-22:00, Friday 18:00-22:00, and Saturday 13:00-17:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation M&S is driving.

- Be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers.

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
