## Description

We are seeking an Investigator/Site Payment Process Manager to oversee the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations, purchase order creation and management, and clinical trial payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to sites

- Liaise with colleagues, business partners, and sites to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues

- Provide knowledge transfer and information sharing on payment processes to business partners

- Escalate concerns and issues to relevant channels in a timely manner

- Support and assist the Payments Team in identifying enhancement opportunities and efficiencies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Utilize data quality checks to ensure data accuracy for payments

- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to relevant teams if necessary

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Fluency in English, Polish, German, and/or Turkish; additional languages an asset

- 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research; previous experience with clinical payment processing an asset

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a virtual team environment
