## Description

As a Festival & Event Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional festival and event strategies in the On Premise sector. Your focus will be on achieving horizontal and vertical growth, enhancing the brand image of Red Bull and The ORGANICS by Red Bull within On Premise events such as music festivals, concerts, raves, street and neighbourhood festivals, food and drink events, art, design, film, and fashion events.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing marketing strategies

- Negotiating with event organisers and promoters

- Managing resources and budgets

- Setting trends and driving innovation

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality and efficient event executions

- Maximising the presence of Red Bull and The ORGANICS by Red Bull at On Premise events

- Working closely with regional Field Sales Teams and providing coaching support

Requirements for this role include:

- A completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or a completed vocational training/advanced education in Festival and Event Management

- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level

- 3-5 years of experience in Festival and Event Management, including event planning, organisation, and execution

- Strong negotiation and cooperation skills

- Ability to work flexibly and handle multiple tasks and priorities

- Experience with budget management and resource allocation

In return, Red Bull offers an attractive salary package, with the collective bargaining minimum salary being EUR 2,509 gross per month. The actual salary will be based on market rates and will significantly exceed the minimum.
