## Description

You will be responsible for various FP&A tasks within the Chubb Life Regional Finance team.

The role involves coordinating and reviewing the 5-year strategic plan and annual plan with all Asia markets management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and compiling monthly management reports and leading performance discussions with country presidents and CFOs

- Being a technical lead for multiple BI projects, including requirement gathering, planning, development, implementation, and stakeholder management

- Designing, building, and launching data visualization dashboards in Qlikview and Qlik Sense

- Leading the regional implementation of global standards and systems

- Preparing presentations and supporting schedules for internal and external reviews

- Working with countries to support capital infusion requests

- Managing a small team of finance professionals, coaching, mentoring, and allocating workloads

- Taking a leadership role on projects to improve country and departmental efficiency and performance

- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on results and forecasts

- Mapping critical processes and seeking opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting capabilities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or analytics

- 10+ years of accounting or financial reporting or FP&A experience

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to perform complex analyses

- Mastery of end-user applications such as Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Intermediate/advanced VBA and SQL skills a plus

- Experience with Chubb Financial Systems and Processes, particularly TM1 System and PeopleSoft

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines

- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently
