## Description

Pomelo Care is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across the organization. The successful candidate will run full-cycle searches, utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, and analyze pipeline data to maintain high candidate velocity.

### Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring speed and candidate experience.

- Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and automated sequencers for candidate outreach, search strings, interview materials, and reducing manual administration.

- Identify talent through non-traditional channels such as niche communities, specialized forums, and custom search tools.

- Create and analyze custom reports in Ashby to track stage conversion rates, outreach response rates, and hiring velocity.

- Conduct intake calls, set candidate calibration standards, provide pipeline updates, and guide teams through offer negotiations.

- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, stages, and communication records in Ashby.

### Requirements

- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

- Proven ability to manage heavy requisition loads and fill high candidate volumes.

- Active use of generative AI tools for messaging, search optimization, and eliminating repetitive work.

- Reliance on data like funnel conversion rates and outreach response metrics for pipeline health and recruiting decisions.

- Ability to find passive candidates and tailor outreach for higher response rates.

- Self-management of workload, prioritization of high-impact tasks, and driving roles to closure.

### Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. The role is also eligible for equity, providing an ownership stake in Pomelo Care's mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
