## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Wuppertal. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will work in our modern and digitalised advisory centres, providing personalised advice to private customers.

Your tasks:

- Provide advice to private customers through digital channels on account, service, and digitalisation topics

- Take on digital consulting and sales of personal loans and precautionary products

- Conduct confident appointment arrangements and conclusion-oriented consulting interviews

- Present yourself competently, friendly, and customer-oriented

- Strengthen the team, share knowledge, and support colleagues

Requirements:

- Banking merchant training or comparable qualification

- Experience in digital private customer consulting, particularly in credit and precautionary business

- Proficiency in using digital media and omnichannel-enabled workplace

- Ability to structure customer needs and direct them to suitable solutions or contact persons

- IDD certification and required regulatory security

- Strong communication and sales skills, high team orientation

- Targeted use of AI-supported applications to efficiently identify customer needs, optimise workflows, and continuously improve consulting quality
