## Description

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, working in our Tower Bridge office three days a week. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of the data relationship with business stakeholders, reporting on baseline performance and trends, and driving us towards a self-serve first culture.

Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the data relationship with business stakeholders, bridging commercial and product discussions
- Reporting on our baseline performance and trends, keeping our finger on the pulse
- Driving us towards a self-serve first culture
- Reporting on complex experimentation
- Close analyst-stakeholder relationships are the most crucial component of a well-functioning data team, stakeholders should consider you part of their team
- Varied work across data disciplines, e.g. data product design, data modelling, analytical deep-dives, contributing to data science, AI and machine learning projects

Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of handling complex data queries and manipulation
- Demonstrable experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools, including the ability to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar data transformation technologies, with a keen understanding of data modelling and ETL processes
- A background in statistics and/or programming, with the ability to apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights from data, especially surrounding experimentation
- Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, preferably in Python, R, or another programming language, enabling the development and implementation of predictive models and data-driven solutions
