### Your Daily Impact:

- **The Voice of Wealthsimple**: As a bilingual Client Success Associate, you'll be the face of Wealthsimple, advocating for our clients' financial well-being.

- **Strategic Problem-Solving**: You'll navigate clients through their journeys, whether it's facilitating complex institutional transfers or back-office operations.

- **Creator-Owner Mentality**: Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll learn the intricacies of our financial tools and enhance them through direct client engagement.

- **Large-Scale Expertise**: You'll become a fintech expert, mastering multiple applications and platforms to provide innovative solutions.

### Your Profile:

- **Proven Customer Service Experience**: 1-2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment (retail, hospitality, banking, or technical support).

- **Financial Curiosity**: A genuine interest in the stock market and personal finance. Understanding the difference between a RRSP and a TFSA is a plus.

- **Technological Agility**: Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, using Slack for internal communications, and utilizing keyboard shortcuts.

- **Resilience and Adaptability**: You're adaptable, with a growth mindset, and comfortable with rotating shifts.

### Requirements:

- **Bilingualism**: Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.

- **Residency**: Must reside in Toronto/GTA and have legal authorization to work in Canada.

- **Availability**: Availability for full-time shifts (8 hours/day), including weekends and holidays, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM.

- **Job Type**: This is a fixed-term, full-time contract position.
