## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You will work early mornings, Thursday to Sunday, 04:00 - 08:00, and be responsible for delivering five-star service at pace, embracing the transformation we're driving, and recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

You will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar. Being digitally confident is essential, as well as being a team player and flexible.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
