## Description

You'll join Mercury's small executive recruiting team, partnering with founders and executives on Director to C-suite hiring, focusing on Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Running full-cycle Director and VP searches

- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and target candidates

- Engaging with senior candidates and representing Mercury's leadership

- Using market data to inform hiring decisions and advise managers

- Hosting executive talent events to build a network of potential candidates

- Providing a memorable experience for senior candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience

- Proven track record of running Director+ searches

- Experience as a trusted advisor to senior hiring managers

- Established relationships with senior professionals

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Gem

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with technical leadership hiring in Engineering, Product, Data, or Security

- Background in recruiting at a fintech or regulated tech company

- Experience running events or communities for senior talent

- Prior experience at a retained search firm
