## Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will perform the month-end close process, including journal entries & accruals. You will prepare monthly financial schedules and P&L budget variance analysis. You will reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies. You will maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will prepare and distribute financial reports to senior management, as well as parent company. You will analyze financial data and collaborate with other departments to provide detailed financial support. You will assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. You will prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will have advanced Excel skills and experience with Great Plains is highly preferred. SAP and/or S/4 Hana experience is a plus. You will have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
