## Description

You will engage healthcare professionals across Vijayawada to build trusted relationships and share clear, evidence-based medical information.

You will create and deliver a focused territory plan using customer insight to prioritise activities.

You will work closely with colleagues across functions to resolve local challenges and improve patient access.

**Responsibilities**

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.

- Design and deliver a territory plan based on customer insight and local needs.

- Share clear, accurate, science-led medical information to support healthcare professionals’ decision making.

- Record and report activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.

- Work with colleagues across medical, commercial and access teams to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.

- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

**Basic Qualification**

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or similar experience.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Vijayawada.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.

**Preferred Qualification**

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare sales or medical liaison roles.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.

- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.

- Fluency in Telugu plus Hindi or English to support broader communication.

- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
