## Description

We are seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport Limited. As part of Team Heathrow, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and coordinating day-to-day operational activities.

The airport team includes colleagues from various companies, such as airlines, baggage handlers, control authorities, retailers, passenger services, emergency services, transport providers, security, engineering, and airfield operations.

The successful candidate will be part of the team that leads the development and maintenance of Heathrow's operational resilience framework. This involves mapping critical processes, systems, assets, dependencies, and recovery pathways across the airport.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and embedding data-driven resilience and contingency planning approaches

- Analysing operational data, disruption scenarios, and business impacts to identify vulnerabilities and assess resilience risks

- Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain an accurate understanding of critical dependencies and ensure resilience requirements are integrated into operational planning

- Designing, maintaining, and improving resilience dashboards, digital workflows, and decision-support tools

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or a related discipline within a complex operational environment. They will also possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across multiple business functions.

In terms of qualifications, skills, and experience, the following are required:

- Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, operational planning, risk management, or a related discipline

- Experience analysing operational processes, systems, dependencies, and data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Experience delivering projects or operational improvement initiatives

Preferred skills and experience include:

- Knowledge of resilience frameworks and business continuity principles

- Experience using data visualisation and process mapping tools

- Experience conducting exercises and scenario testing
