## Description

The Banking Payments team at Tide is looking for a Lead Country Commercial Manager to drive growth and commercial performance across Banking Payments in the UK. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to accelerate payment usage, optimise member journeys, and deliver strategic commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Finance to set and track commercial projections for Banking Payments

- Work with BI and analytics teams to understand member payment behaviours and identify opportunities

- Collaborate with Product teams to shape payment propositions and improve member journeys

- Lead commercialisation and go-to-market strategy for Banking Payment features and initiatives

- Develop "always on" payment engagement strategies with CRM and marketing teams

- Monitor payment trends, competitor propositions, and market developments

- Become an expert in member payment behaviours and needs

Requirements:

- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving measurable business impact

- Proven experience managing commercial performance within payments, fintech, or banking

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into execution plans

- Experience delivering GTM and lifecycle engagement strategies

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
