## Description

We are seeking a sales professional to manage a specific region and product group within Pfizer, a leading pharmaceutical company.

**Job Summary:** As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and achieving sales goals in a designated region, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Establish and maintain effective communication systems.

- Foster a culture of compliance within the team, adhering to Pfizer's policies and procedures.

- Conduct performance management and coaching for team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

- At least 2 years of sales experience with Pfizer or 3 years of experience with a similar international pharmaceutical company.

- Strong sales performance record, with achievement rates and growth rates at or above the team average.

- Experience in sales management is preferred.

- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Approval from DM and RM is required.
