As part of the Retail Distribution team, you will focus on personal wealth management and financial services, delivering professional and welcoming service to branch customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions.

Your principal responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Supporting account opening, servicing, and everyday banking enquiries

- Identifying business opportunities and making referrals to Relationship Managers and specialist teams

- Participating in branch campaigns and customer-acquisition activities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A university degree or associate degree, or HKCEE/HKDSE with at least one year of working experience

- IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3, or equivalent qualifications

- Strong interest in customer service, sales, and retail banking

- Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua being an advantage
