## Description

Prudential is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Agency Learning & Development function in developing and implementing effective learning and development interventions for PRUVenture associates and leaders.

The role involves:

- Implementing learning and development initiatives to address agency productivity goals and selling professionalism

- Monitoring business performance and providing timely reports to achieve planned business targets and objectives

- Collecting feedback, analyzing data, and measuring learning and development effectiveness

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally

- Delivering learning and development programs through various formats

- Supporting agency events and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Psychology, or equivalent

- Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP, etc.

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in insurance, banking, or other wealth management industry

- Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable

- Preferably with a work background in the life insurance industry
