## Description

Join Red Bull as a Regional On Premise Manager in Mexico City. You will be responsible for living the Red Bull on premise culture, managing events, areas, and administration, as well as training and coaching teams.

Responsibilities:

- Live the Red Bull on premise culture

- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders

- Activate events and manage areas

- Handle administration tasks

- Develop on premise marketing strategies

- Train, coach, motivate, and assess team performance

- Embody the Art of Musketeering

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry (plus)

- Strong knowledge of the On Premise industry, contacts, and experience

- Analytical, planning, and financial skills

- Clear understanding of markets, sales, distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior

- Driver's license

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- High negotiation and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
