## Description

We are seeking a caring and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Riverside Place in Ware, a 72-bed residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care home. As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will work 37.5 hours a week to lead and mentor your team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and enhancing residents' wellbeing with independence and choice.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families. You will be a caring leader who uses their clinical experience to strive for excellent quality outcomes.
