## Description

As an Area Sales Manager at Capital One, you will establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer locations in Fresno, CA.

Your main goals will be to maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance's leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building relationships with dealers and providing solutions to help them achieve their sales objectives

- Delivering sales presentations and facilitating dealer training to drive product adoption

- Analysing data and sales metrics to create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement

- Working closely with internal business partners to drive cohesion and operational excellence

The ideal candidate will have:

- An entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on customer advocacy

- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and acquiring product knowledge

- Excellent relationship-building, consulting, and closing skills

- Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of financial services experience.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and experience in the automotive financing or advertising media industries.

In terms of compensation, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $112,600 - $150,100.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
