## Description

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Account Manager to join our team at Jobstreet by SEEK in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

As a Corporate Sales Account Manager, you will develop and maintain existing corporate accounts, providing high-quality servicing to existing hirers. You will analyse customers' needs through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions, proposing effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing sales strategies to grow existing revenue and upsell other JobStreet.com services

- Designing and implementing account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales

- Building relationships with top management and decision-makers through sales presentations and account reviews

- Identifying target accounts and hirers' needs, proposing solutions, and devising strategies to overcome competitive obstacles

- Supporting the company's new product rollout and adoption

- Ensuring customers' success and return on investment to drive business retention and expansion

Requirements:

- 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and key account management

- Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts

- Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers

- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data

- Excellent presentation skills
